Service always takes forever. No matter what time you go in. And rarely do they get the orders correct.
The food and service for the number of employees was great. I waited in line to be waited on a long time and then waited for the order much longer than usual. It wasn't just my order. You didn't have the staff to take care of the business. The cashier, bless her heart, was ready to scream. Please take care of your employees, so they can take care of the customers.
The food was fast and hot. The dining room was pretty clean. It there was anything bad it would be that the Coke Freestyle was out of several flavors. But I would defiantly eat here again.
My family and I stopped in after attending Talladega Race on October 15, in the 7-8pm hour. We only waited about 15 minutes to get our order. The manager this evening let us know that he had 6 new workers that evening. One young lady that was taking orders was extremely pleasant and friendly! WENDY'S on Tower Rd Oxford, Al ROCKED IT TONIGHT!
Ordered a taco salad with a medium drink, cheeseburger kids meal, and a 10pc meal medium. Got a plain salad, a bag of nachos, a bowl of chili and small drinks. Checked my receipt and I did get charged for the larger size. Would have complained inside but little Ms. Ghetto working the register struggled enough making the order the first time and I really doubt repeating myself to the half stoned girl would have made things better.
