I come by almost every morning and I know it's a busy time. I ordered a biscuit that had to be made fresh (one reason I love it) and they for got I was waiting. I went in to remind them. They made it and gave me a drink along with my money back as an apology. (Didn't have to do that) So I come back the next day to order the same thing, and they tell me to pull up to wait that it is on them today. First class people. I tried to pay for it, but they insisted. Bojangles of Oxford is a great business. Get a Cheddar Bo Biscuit with Bacon and enjoy!!
Great experience! The young lady at the cash register made us and everyone feel very so welcomed and took great care of us! Very good fresh food also! She even understood our 3 year old boy when he asked her for water cups (she says she has a 1 year old at home too)!!
The food is always great but 80% of the time order is wrong or they forget to put something in there
Would 5 stars if they wouldn't have forgot my order and I had go back up there and they had ask what i had ordered. Food was good and price was good. Just work on that issue and I give 5. I will go back and hope I get better results.
The service was outstanding but the food was awful... the chicken was over cooked, and probably sat since the morning shift, and the biscuits tasted like raw dough. I never visit Bojangles ever again.
