Worst Chinese food ever. Rice undercooked and noodles tasted like half cooked Ramen noodles
My family and I got off on this exit specifically for Panda Express. It was about 8:40 and we saw that they close at 9:30, so we rush over there and it’s now 8:45. We walk up and they have locked all their doors, a woman then motions us to go through the drive through. Even though we still had an hour and a half of driving ahead of us and did not want to eat in the car but we decided to go through the drive through which isn’t supposed to close until 10pm according the the website AND the door on the restaurant. We pull up to the drive through and she then proceeds to tell me “because we are closing soon we only have a few items left.” We listen to the 3 items from the whole menu they have left and then drive off. I can understand closing times and wanting to go home. But closing the dinning hall 45 minutes before you advertised and drive through a whole hour and 45 minutes before? It’s bad customer service. I love Panda Express but I WILL NOT be returning to this one.
When this place first opened it was great. The people were nice, food was good but it was short lived. About 6 months after opening it started going south. The attitudes changed, half the time they are out of most of the food. Everytime I go through the drive through now they will only serve one car at a time so it takes forever to get your food. It's getting to the point now where I don't even want to go there even when I want their food.
Really good food, large quantities for the price. Friendly staff. Drive through is fairly fast . Have eaten there several times, never had a bad experience.
The food is on point, the staff is a little lacking. If you dine in, you will be annoyed by a beeping sound coming from the kitchen constantly.
