I've been to this Jack's 4 times in the last 2 months, I guess hoping that one of these are times they will get the Jack's signature burger correct. Unfortunately, not once have they gotten this burger correct. Frankly, I feel if you work there you should at least get the signature burger correct. But the food was good and hot. Service was good too.
Any of the Jacks in Calhoun County that I know of are owened by the Reeves family and they uphold Christian values, but they are glad to serve anyone. For any family's visiting Jacks after church take a extra church bulletin and tell them when you are ordering that you have the bulletin and they will be able to tell you what their discount is.
Biscuits could use a bit more consistency. Great milkshakes. Great iced coffee. The number one (1) is a popular order. If you have not tried it you got to, and you will like it. The staff there are always friendly and more than willing to customize your order just how you want it. Over all a good place to grab some food and be greeted with a smile!
This is always slow and backed up in the morning. They usually get the line down fairly quickly but it’s definitely not a place to stop if you’re in a hurry!!
Friendly, personal service with a smile. Noticed employees greeting regulars. Great double cheeseburger on this trip. Clean facilities and restroom. TV great for keeping up with the news while on lunch.
