We've stayed here a number of times. Everything is always clean and neat. The staff is very friendly, and it's convenient to a lot of places to eat and shop. The restaurant is alright, but nothing to write home about. The beds are firm but comfortable.
Hotel is nice, offers large rooms and suites. There's always an issue though. One time air was out, another time they only had a smoking room. This time she said she almost counted me as a no show (even though I showed up an hour after I booked). My room wasn't available so I had to settle for the handicapped room. Nice hotel, staff so so.
Rooms are spacious, there is a business center to accommodate professionals and students, centrally located for many activities and night life activities. The hotel staff is amazing and ready to provide service.
We love to stay here when we come visit my family. Last night the heat wasn't working good in our room. We checked in between 2-3p and turned the heat on because it was cold outside, but 8hrs later getting back to the room it was cold and even colder outside. I called the front desk and asked for help. He sent a man that said by looking at it it's working. We didn't want to change rooms, that's including packing all of our things up . So we slept in socks and extra clothes. SMH! Then the toilet wouldn't flush. You have to hold the handle down for it to flush. In the shower a ugly crawling thing with legs crawling in there like he is at home. I hate bugs,spiders and etc.
Had an awesome stay staff was great, the manager Michael was very attentive to special request we had. The breakfast was great along with the servers. The stay was all around very good. Will stay again, would definitely recommend. Hilton Quality is upheld
