The best travel agency!!! These ladies know the travel business.
This was the worst experience and they are the worst travel agency ever. They booked me on Southwest when they were asked to put me on American. I asked to be on a plane with assigned seats and a first class section because I have extreme panic attacks when flying and need an isle seat with the instructions that I would pay for an upgrade to first class as soon as they had the reservation. Instead they booked me on a flight with Southwest who charged me 313.00 extra so I could board the plane after ten others who had some special preboarding pass and have to pick my seat and hope I get a isle seat because there are NO assigned seats on Southwest plus there is no such thing as first class on Southwest so they stole my money as far as I am concerned. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
