Love going to publix. Today went guy in back where fresh fish and meat is. Asking to help everyone but when I ask and two other ppl did he couldn't help anyone of 3. I won't some Cajun crab dip but he couldn't help. ? Why ? Couldn't help another one with sushi roll? Why ? This needs to be addressed immediately. We pay more for the service which today there was a lack of.

Just went into this Publix for the first time. There was a seafood associate named Whitney who went above and beyond. She told us about special sales and even after we decided we wouldn't get any seafood, she continued to talk to us about the products we already had and was still friendly. Our cashier, Beth, was pleasant and made small talk and all of the associates made this trip worth while. Amazing service.
