The only reason I'm giving them a 4 star is bc the last time I went had an employee follow me and my dog around bc he peed once that I cleaned up but he was very rude about it. Other than that one experience I love them and love that they allow dogs. Adopted my dog from there and get his toys and food from there.

Both of our Yorkies were brought into the Oxford store last Saturday for grooming. They charged us $135.00 to groom our dogs. There understanding of groom was to bath our dogs only. I am so disappointed! I would have never dream Pet smart would provide such poor service.
Just got the most lovable precious cat. The staff over the adoption of these animals are so helpful, making sure you pick the one that suits you. Thank you PetSmart, and all the foster parents who care for these babies. Special thanks to Terry Russell. Love you girl. Wilma Willis.
