I get home and decide to take the survey from the back of my receipt. Wouldn't you know it this place does not provide you with a code on your receipt to give feedback to the home office. A store code, yes but no survey code. Seems they don't want the Pizza Hut big wigs to know what's happening at this store in Oxford, Al. So if you have problems I guess you're stuck with it. My suggestion to you all is do not order online and don't expect anything other than the bare minimum, deceit and the average pizza.
A friend and I went and ordered 2 Pizza's and a small soda. First the cashier couldn't ring our order up at that cash register bc another employee forgot to sign out. She walks away to the register at the drive through and comes back to us and says our total is $19.59, my friend confirmed for 2 pizza's and the drink? The cashier replied with a yes. They brought out 2 medium boxes bc they were out of large boxes, that is fine but we asked where our 2nd pizza was and she said that we only ordered one pizza. We said no we ordered 2 from you bc we ordered each pizza different and you repeated back how we wanted those pizza's. She just said I'm sorry. Will not return to this location.
Every delivery something was wrong with my order but if i picked it up they made sure it was correct
Called to order a pizza but said I was not in system and they cold not put me in so therefore I could not get a pizza delivered. I said ok I’ll call someone who will deliver and it was ok with them .lost my business with them.
Newly remodeled. Salad bar is pitiful. Hardly nothing on it. Nothing. I've used the online offer twice and each time I go to pick it up I'm informed that my online order isn't showing! I end up paying the full price! Real bs.
I used the online purchase option and was informed that my order would be ready in 15 to 25 minutes. I arrived for pickup 30 minutes later to learn that my pizza was not yet ready and that it would be appropriately 25 more minutes. The manager informed me that online order system was wrong and should indicate 45 to 50 minutes. I could not understand how this restaurant with the few customers I saw present could take that long to make one pizza. I love Pizza Hut pizza but this delay, for whatever the reason, is just poor service. Sorry.
