The staff at Diamond Depot are very friendly and helpful. We will use them for all our jewelry needs. Terry and the family helped my husband design the perfect engagement ring for me. Every time I look at it, I think of the work that went into its creation and the love that went into making it. We purchased our wedding bands and enhancer ring all from them. I have even bought little odds and ends for myself. The most recent gift, however, was the necklace that my husband gave our daughter on her wedding day. All of these have been gifts from the heart from their family to ours. We appreciate them more than they know!
Visited this store today hoping to find the ring I was looking for that fit our budget (unlike other retailers in the area.) The owners were incredibly nice and thoroughly helpful. My boyfriend and I left excited and couldn't stop raving about the store and the owners. We are having it custom designed exactly the way I want it and unbelievably, even with it being custom designed, it's an AMAZING price. Can't wait to start designing my ring!
Thanks to the awesome folks at Diamond Depot in Oxford, I now have a beautiful reminder of my Mom that I can wear daily. She had taken her wedding set and had it remounted some years ago (on her mother's wedding band), and she gave me that ring after my dad died. But it was just too big to wear daily. I took it, along with the wedding bands she & dad wore, and her "lucky" ring. (The "lucky ring" was found on a trip to PCB some 25-30yrs ago. She spotted something shiny in the water and fished it out.) They took all the gold from the rings, plus some old necklaces and earrings, in as trade, and actually gave me $ back! The ring is gorgeous. I can't say enough how happy I am at the way it turned out. A year later, I am still getting compliments on the ring, daily!!! Thanks Diamond Depot!!!!
