I've waiting 2 months for them to replace my couch. I called today and they didn't even have my work order on record. They already sent someone out to look at it, how do they not have my order? Expect to wait for service. Expect dates to get moved. Expect furniture to break within a few months. In total I've waited over 3 months with a broken couch. Just frustrating.

It's an ok place to buy furniture but they will not deliver the furniture when you will be available to receive it if you are not available from the times they give you. You will be moved to another delivery day. If you ask for an after 4 delivery so you can get your stuff after work they say I can't give you a time they will call the day before delivery to give you the time if it's not convenient for you and you can't be there you get moved to another delivery day and time not very customer friendly in that area
