Addendum: The dealership called today, and agreed to fix the PTO shaft slip clutch under warranty, so I am changing my rating to 4 stars.
I have purchased two tractors (6040 and 8560 models), both with 4 wheel drive and loaders. I have also purchased two rotary cutters, an auger, a subsoiler, and a commercial zero turn mower, all from this dealership. The sales staff is nice and professional. However, after the sale, the service is not as excellent. The service department is way overpriced and difficult to deal with. They perform unnecessary expensive maintenance, such as changing hydraulic fluid way before it needs it. I recently had a problem with a PTO slip clutch after 10 hours of light use. Rather than fixing it under warranty, they charged me $150 to repair. It obviously was not adjusted correctly when delivered, or was sitting outside in their yard for several months before I purchased it. My equipment is stored inside a barn and lubricated regularly. I am going to shop elsewhere in the future.
Rusty and Randy are top notch. I own a fleet of kubotas and majority of them have been bought through these two. I own from 4wd tractors to mowers and a rtv and if there's ever been a dealer with more support through buying process and after the sale support I would be surprised.......and parts and maintenance are extremely helpful in keeping me going in the rare times I've ever had a machine down.
I took a Kubota farm tractor for service. The men in the service department were very nice. I am taking a Kubota RTV for service today.
