Great place to visit! They took care of what I needed and made me feel welcomed! Love the new DTV service guys

Very very bad customer service in this store. I made a cash payment on 6/23/17 in store that was not applied to my account. When I went back to the store and asked to speak with the supervisor "Coy" to clear the matter up, he came out but did not address me, he sent someone else over to deal with the situation and retreated to the back room. I was told I would be contacted in 2 to 3 days in resolution of the matter and was never contacted. I called the store to see why, asked for the supervisor and was told he was on vacation for the week. I returned to the store on 7/24/17 to try to clear the matter up once again asked for the supervisor again and was told by "Miranda C." That "Coy" no longer worked for the company which I found out today was a lie, she took a copy of my drivers license and told me she was in contact with the district manager, by text, and I would hear something within 24hrs. I still got no reply or contact so in 48hrs I returned to the store once again. Today 7/26/17 I demanded resolution to this issue and was given very snotty customer service by "Connor Owen" when I was told that "Coy" does still work there and my payment was credited on 7/15/17. I apologized for being so frustrated after having to come to the store 3 times to clear up this issue because no one would contact me and told him I appreciate his HIS patience and before I could get out of the chair to leave his kiosk he very rudely called the next customer over. Thanks at@t cashier team! Your customer service skills are awful and includes even your supervisor. See yall the next month's when I come in personally to make my payments. Look forward to seeing you all again.

I went in the store on Oct. 5th and purchased a Note 8. The assistant manager was great and helped us out and offered to swap my stuff from my old phone to my new one. It took so long that I was in a super hurry to get home before my kids and didn't even look at the phone until I got home. I then noticed there was a bad (pixelated) spot on the corner of screen. I went straight there and showed them. Suddenly they weren't nice and said oh Well, I left the store so it's my problem now. They wouldn't even look at the phone to see it's a defect and not something I could have done. So I'm stuck with a messed up $1000 phone.

Recently got set up with AT&T here and the staff was great, Connor helped me save so much money on my bill by switching and did it all with great customer service! Definitely recommend going here!
