Everyone was friendly. Courtney was very helpful with the financing and appointments. I went to Oxford for my oral surgery and Gadsden for my bottom denture.
PRICES on website are so cheap but once you get in there its a joke. I wish i had listen to the review's i read about this place but chose to find out myself . Would not recommend ever . At most what i needed done should been $2500 to $ 3000 by there online prices but after u get there that turned into a $6000 to $8000 price . Dont waste your time .
The staff is very explainatory on all work and JJ the hygienist is very trough with cleaning. Receptionist is hard to get appt with bc she answers phone and has 1 or2 people waiting for appt in house which makes your wait quite long upon leaving
The worst dentist ever. He told me my teeth were great and the tech said she saw a small cavity. The suggested a small filling. They did the filling which now it is infected and told me it is an extremely large filling. I returned 2 days later bc it was hurting so bad, he told me it was sore and I would be fine. I am now back 3 weeks later with jaw pain and now he wants to do a root canal or pull the tooth. I went to another dentist and the tooth was abcessed and he said he could not believe the dentist could not see it on the xray. I will never go back.
The staff was wonderful. I had bonding our on my front teeth. The color is a different than the color of my tooth. I asked the dentist to look at it again, and he told the receptionist, "If she doesn't like my work, tell her to get a crown put on them.". I spent $5000 (I have no dental insurance) on the dental plan we agreed on. I just want it to look better than it does.
