The car was ready when I arrived. Picked up the keys and was good to go. Clean inside and out.
I refused to let Wesley rip me off and had to drive almost 2 hours (on a donut wheel) back to ATL Airport in order to recieve proper customer service and an upgraded exchange at no added charge for the inconvenience.
Small convient location. Located in the AAA Oxford Branch. If you are a AAA member make sure you have them quote you for the best rate.
After putting a donut on I drove to this location in Oxford and spoke to Wesley. I explained the situation to him and how we put air in the tire not knowing there was some sort of puncture when we got the car. Instead of correcting the situation on the spot, he insinuated it was my negligence that the tire went flat and offered a lower-class vehicle without pro-rating the fees I had already paid for on the upper-class reservation, I was appalled!
I was told one thing on the phone and something different in person honestly they do not even deserve one star

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to exchange the rental I got from the ATL Airport Hertz location Thursday afternoon because the vehicle I chose showed signs of a tire pressure problem less than 5 mins after we drove off. We put some air in the tire after reaching our destination thinking it would fix the issue but it completely deflated the next morning.
